Nujood is completing her Bachelor's in Human Nutrition and Foods with an Area of Emphasis in Dietetics. She is working on the WV Food System Map Project.

Nujood is an international student from Saudi Arabia. As a research assistant in the Community Food Systems Lab, Nujood is gaining field experience working with state stakeholders in Agriculture. She is researching public food procurement, while gaining experience in food service and sustainable food systems. Nujood is working on aggregating data from around the state, contributing to the WV Food System Map Project. The WV Food System Map will illuminate food systems in the state.
