Amani Al-Manai
Amani is completing her Bachelor's in Human Nutrition & Foods with an Area of Emphasis in Dietetics. She is working on the WECAN TOGETHER Recycling Project.
Amani is an international student. As a research assistant in the Community Food Systems Lab, Amani is gaining field experience working with the WVU Office of Sustainability. She is researching existing recycling efforts on campus, and working with faculty, staff, and students to increase knowledge on how to improve recycling efforts on campus, increase awareness of proper procedures, and develop a marketing campaign to support her project.
